One Million Authors was created for one simple purpose: to develop and publish the first-ever novel created by 1,000,000 authors in a collaborative effort the likes of which the world has never seen.

Our doors are open to all. You only need to register and become a member. When you do, you'll be able to actively participate by submitting your very own ideas for each and every aspect of the story which you and other members will develop. The genre, the characters, the plot, the relationships, the dialog, and every other aspect of the story will be created by member submissions, comments, and a democratic voting process. At the end, our professional editors will coalesce the submissions into a single story. The novel will then be published and anyone will be able to purchase a copy of the book. All profits of the sale of the book will be donated to a charity selected by the members.
